By choosing our services, you agree to the following terms and confirmation guidelines:

1. Service Agreement

All website development, design, and digital services provided by PMC WEBTECH will begin only after receiving written confirmation (email/WhatsApp/message) and the required advance payment.

Project timelines will be shared in advance and may vary depending on client requirements and timely approvals.

2. Pricing & Payments

Our pricing is transparent and agreed upon before starting the project.

Payments are to be made in stages – advance, mid-project, and final delivery.

No refunds are applicable once the project has been initiated, as resources and time are already invested.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide complete and accurate information, content, images, and approvals on time to avoid delays.

Any delay in providing inputs may extend the project delivery date.

Additional requirements or changes beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

4. Delivery & Ownership

Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership rights of the final website.

PMC WEBTECH reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Support & Maintenance

Basic technical support will be provided for a limited period after project completion (as per package chosen).

Ongoing maintenance, updates, or additional support can be availed under separate AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) packages.

6. Confirmation Policy

Once the client confirms the project scope, design, and features, any further modifications will be considered as change requests.

All confirmations should be in writing (email/WhatsApp) to avoid misunderstandings.

7. Limitation of Liability

PMC WEBTECH is not responsible for losses due to third-party services (such as hosting providers, domain registrars, or internet downtime).

While we ensure quality and security, no website can be guaranteed to be 100% error-free or immune to cyber risks.

8. Governing Law

All services are subject to the laws of India. Any disputes, if arise, will be under the jurisdiction of Rourkela, Odisha courts.
